Cancellation Policy
For the Mobile service is to be 48 hours notice prior to the appointment time or will incur a $150.00 cancellation fee
The rationale for this is due to :
time spent scheduling and rescheduling is much greater for a mobile service
the decreased number of patients we can see a day compared to a tradition static clinic
this ensure that the service continues to be viable long term with specialist staff retention and costs of administrating
